Shipping Information The Gnarled Branch is located in Ontario, Canada and will ship to all locations in both Canada and the United States. Packages are shipped via parcel post regular ground service and do not have tracking capabilities. If you would like to add this feature, there will be an extra fee of $5.00 that will be payable via a separate emailed invoice. Just let us know after you've placed your order that you require tracking. Shipping and handling charges are as follows (for all items EXCEPT furniture): $4.00 charge $1.00 to $49.99 worth of purchases $8.00 charge $50.00 to $99.99 worth of purchases $10.00 charge $100.00 to $199.99 worth of purchases For shipments destined for the United States, the duties fees will be sent collect. The customer will need to pay for duty charges at the post office when the package is delivered. There are some items that do not have an add to cart option. If you are interested in purchasing one of these items, please contact us with your location so that we can correctly quote you shipping and handling fees.
